Make space in your brain for inspiration

A relaxed brain is open to ideas.

An anxious brain is filled with noise.

You crowd out any potential for insight with your incessant stream of thoughts. It’s like a megaphone that’s on all the time.

If you can learn to silence the noise, you’ll start to hear a whisper.

New ideas will start showing up out of the blue. You’ll make intellectual connections you hadn’t even imagined were possible, but now seem obvious.

You’ll feel inspired. You’ll start writing more, causing a chain reaction of insight and understanding in others.

The more you create space for the whisper, the more confident it will become. And the more often it will return.
